101.1 The Pulse – On-Air Ticket Giveaway Contest Rules

This contest is sponsored and administered by Carriage Radio and 101.1 The Pulse, in partnership with Carriage Kia of Alpharetta and Carriage Kia of Woodstock.
1. Contest Description
From time to time, 101.1 The Pulse will conduct on-air promotions offering listeners the opportunity to win two (2) tickets to select concerts held at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.
Listeners will be invited to call the studio line when prompted on air. The caller number announced on air (example: caller #9, caller #10, etc.) will be declared the winner and will receive two (2) concert tickets to the specified event.
2. Prize
Each winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the designated concert event at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.
Tickets are provided through the Carriage Group of Companies’ annual sponsorship allotment associated with the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre sponsorship.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at the discretion of the contest sponsor.
3. Eligibility
Contest is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Carriage Radio, 101.1 The Pulse, Carriage Kia of Alpharetta, Carriage Kia of Woodstock, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate or win.
Only one winner per household every 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Winner Selection
When prompted on air, listeners must call the station phone number announced by the on-air host.
The designated caller number (as stated by the host) will be declared the winner, provided the caller:
Is eligible under these rules
Correctly identifies themselves when requested
Complies with all contest procedures
Station management reserves the right to disqualify any caller attempting to manipulate or disrupt the contest.
5. Prize Delivery
Winners will receive instructions from 101.1 The Pulse regarding ticket pickup or electronic delivery. Winners may be required to present a valid photo ID to claim their prize.
Failure to claim the prize within the timeframe specified by the station may result in forfeiture.
6. Release of Liability
By participating, contestants agree to release and hold harmless:

Carriage Kia of Alpharetta
Carriage Kia of Woodstock
from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.
7. Venue & Promoter Disclaimer
All tickets awarded in this promotion are provided through the Carriage Group’s annual ticket allotment associated with its sponsorship agreement at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.
Live Nation Entertainment and Ameris Bank Amphitheatre are not sponsors of this contest and assume no responsibility or liability for any contest administration, prize distribution, or promotional activity conducted by Carriage Radio or 101.1 The Pulse.
8. General Conditions
Station management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or at its sole discretion.
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these official rules.
